1. Title protection currently restricts "Behaviour Analyst" along with any variation* or abbreviation or an equivalent in another language (*including an abbreviation of a variation).

3. Implications for frontline staff: no exemption for technicians who deliver ABA services -- how does this impact liability for frontline staff? By implementing ABA services do individuals risk "holding out" as a Behaviour Analyst in Ontario? How could lack of this exception impact funding?
4. Implications for Registered Behaviour Analysts: while the CPO has indicated those grandfathered in can continue to reference/use their BACB credentials, there is no legal exception for referencing  a term/title or designation that include words using Behaviour Analyst in the certification.

6. Implications for the public: the loss of the BACB indicates that Ontario does not currently meet the standards of the BACB; what are the implications of this for public protection?
