1. Eligibility:

• The raffle is open to Canadian residents 18 years or older who are able to attend the Eras tour on November 22, 2024, or can delegate their tickets to someone who can attend the Eras tour on November 22, 2024.  Note: The winner of the Taylor Swift concert tickets must have a valid ticketmaster.ca account; the winner must name the attendees for the concert at the time of transferring the tickets into their name and those guests must attend the concert personally.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter the raffle, participants need to purchase raffle tickets at $25 per ticket through the Zeffy platform. There is no limit on how many tickets one can purchase. Each ticket earns an entry into the draw.

3. Raffle Period:

• The raffle begins on November 3rd, 2024 and ends on November 14, 2024. 

4. Winner Selection:

• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on November 15, 2024. Sales through the Zeffy platform will close on November 14th, 2024 at 11:59PM. The winner of the Taylor Swift tickets will be notified via the email provided through the Zeffy platform, and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate grand prize winner may be selected. The grand prize winner may elect to select one of the alternative prizes from the Raffle. In this case an additional draw will be made for the Taylor Swift tickets before the remaining prize winners are drawn.

5. Prize:

• The grand prize consists of two tickets to the Taylor Swift concert on November 22, 2024 in Toronto, Ontario.
  • This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• The runner up prizes consist of: 
  • AIM  Little Explorers Kit for social-emotional skill-building
  • ABLLS-R® Skill Acquisition Program Manual Set
  • EESA-R Manual Set
  • Note: For the above prizes, the winner may opt for an alternative prize including but not limited to an Amazon gift card or gift cards to a spa of their choice. 
    • This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Ticket Usage and Resale Restrictions:

• Resale or transfer of the tickets is strictly prohibited. The winner must name the attendees for the concert at the time of transferring the tickets into their name and those guests must attend the concert personally. If the tickets are found to be listed for resale, the winner will forfeit the  prize. The tickets cannot be transferred again as per Era’s tour rules.
  • The tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with another prize, outside of the above terms.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Professionals for Behavioural Excellence in Ontario (PBEO) is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, nor for any technical or communication failures that may prevent entries. By entering, entrants release PBEO from any liability related to participation in the raffle or acceptance and use of the prizes.

8. Terms & Conditions:

• PBEO reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.

9. Compliance with Rules:

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and any decisions made by PBEO which are final and binding.
